Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and prevent us from booking other events. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your event may receive a partial refund of any remaining balance (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. If Pearl & Prism must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. We will always do our best to work with you if rescheduling is needed.
