By booking with Pearl & Prism Photobooth, you agree to our service terms. A non-refundable deposit (if applicable) may be required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for providing adequate space, power access, and a safe environment for setup and operation. Damage to equipment due to guest negligence may result in additional charges. Pearl & Prism reserves the right to stop services if conditions become unsafe. Photos captured at your event remain your property; we will only use images for promotional purposes with your written consent.
